Terms & Conditions

By scheduling service with MoveOut Maids, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Scheduling & Access
  • The client is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.

  • If we are unable to access the property upon arrival, a lockout fee may apply.

  • A minimum of 48 hours' notice is preferred when scheduling appointments. Expedited service may be available for an additional fee.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • We understand that plans can change. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • MoveOut Maids reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to severe weather, illness, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.

Pricing
  • Pricing is based on the information provided at the time of booking, including square footage, property condition, and requested services.

  • Additional charges may apply if the property's condition differs significantly from what was disclosed or if additional services are requested onsite.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Service Scope
  • Services include only the tasks outlined in the agreed-upon service package.

  • We do not provide furniture moving, junk hauling, pest removal, mold remediation, biohazard cleanup, exterior cleaning, landscaping, gutter cleaning, or other services not specifically listed in the service agreement.

  • Household trash will be removed provided it fits within the property's designated waste containers.

Stains & Surface Conditions
  • While we use professional cleaning methods and products, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of stains, odors, discoloration, hard water deposits, rust, paint, grout staining, or other permanent conditions.

  • Existing wear, damage, or deterioration may become more visible after cleaning.

  • MoveOut Maids is not responsible for pre-existing damage.

Safety & Working Conditions
  • For the safety of our team, work areas must be free of hazardous conditions, including excessive clutter, biohazards, infestations, illegal substances, or unsafe structural conditions.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are determined to be unsafe.

Satisfaction Guarantee
  • If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to address any missed areas that fall within the original scope of work.

Photos & Documentation
  • MoveOut Maids may take before-and-after photos for quality assurance, training, documentation, and marketing purposes.

  • No personal information will be shared.

  • Clients may request in writing that their property not be used in marketing materials.

Liability
  • MoveOut Maids is fully insured.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the cleaning service provided.

  • We are not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, defective fixtures, improperly secured items, or pre-existing conditions.

Payment
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees and collection efforts.
